Autumn is the most beautiful season in New England, fairly bug free, the smells of leaf change and wood stoves beginning to smoke. A perfect time for a hike up part of the Wapack trail or Mt. Monadnock. To get yourself loosened up for your autumn hike, join me for yoga to relax your back and strengthen your legs and abs.
